Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for in-home roles across multiple service areas.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) in the home setting
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience in home-based ABA preferred (or strong interest in in‑home services)
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel locally
• Strong communication skills with families and caregivers
• Passion for hands‑on, individualized care

• Full‑time, in‑home/community‑based role
• Travel within a defined local radius
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs
