As Patient Care Coordinator at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will help deliver seamless patient journeys and continued therapy access. You will handle customer inquiries, understand assigned molecules, support coverage decisions, and maintain complete reimbursement documentation. Confidentiality, tact, and data integrity guide this patient-facing work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer service regarding active patient file status
Advocate for patients and assist with coverage details
Maintain accurate reimbursement documentation for successful outcomes
Coordinate medication delivery dates and times with clients
Report adverse events and product technical complaints promptly
Requirements:

Experience with public and private drug reimbursement plans
Minimum two-year call center experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Post-secondary education is an asset
Salesforce experience is an asset
Use patient advocacy, reimbursement knowledge, and attentive coordination to support therapy access through Shoppers Drug Mart.
