Frontera Care is seeking a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments) in a remote, technology-enabled environment. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive evaluations via telehealth, reviewing video-captured sessions, and developing high-quality, data-driven treatment plans for client success.

The BCBA will ensure payer-ready reports, collaborate with Intake and Clinical Leadership, and help scale processes across states in a fast-growing startup
