Remote Health Plan Member Care Specialist

WPS is seeking a Customer Care Center Representative to deliver outstanding service to our members, brokers, and providers. You will research health plan inquiries and resolve issues with empathy, documenting interactions to ensure smooth follow-up and clear communication.

The role serves as the first contact for benefits, eligibility, and claims questions, requiring accuracy and courteous, thorough responses. Training lasts eight weeks, with a regular 8:30am–5:00pm CT schedule thereafter.
