Specialty Health Patient Support Coordinator

Coordinate Specialty Health Network support for patients, pharmacies, and clinics through empathetic service, documentation, and reimbursement assistance. Work from a home-based office.

As Patient Care Coordinator at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will help deliver seamless patient journeys and continued therapy access. You will handle customer inquiries, understand assigned molecules, support coverage decisions, and maintain complete reimbursement documentation. Confidentiality, tact, and data integrity guide this patient-facing work.

• Provide customer service regarding active patient file status
• Advocate for patients and assist with coverage details
• Maintain accurate reimbursement documentation for successful outcomes
• Coordinate medication delivery dates and times with clients
• Report adverse events and product technical complaints promptly

• Experience with public and private drug reimbursement plans
• Minimum two-year call center experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Salesforce experience is an asset
