Navitus is expanding its Telehealth Pharmacist team to deliver MTM services to commercial and Medicare members through a newly launched Clinical Engagement Center. The role focuses on developing and executing MTM programs, clinical outreach, and supporting STAR ratings initiatives while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
The Telehealth Pharmacist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a preceptor for APPE students, and stay current with Medicare Part C and D guidance.
