Wirral Community Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Child Health Promotion Advisor to join our Centralised Duty Hub across Cheshire East, Wirral, St Helens and Knowsley. This permanent, full-time role offers flexible and remote working with diverse hours.
You will deliver Healthy Child Programme elements and public health advice via virtual contacts and community visits, working with Local Authorities and partners to reduce health inequalities for children and families.
