Home Visit Cardiac Sonographer

Bring echocardiography and vascular imaging expertise directly to patients’ homes through Hawthorne Health’s regional travel network.

This full-time W2 contract supports a new decentralized clinical study for four to five months. Dual-credentialed sonographers complete approximately 25 monthly visits, explain procedures, obtain cooperation, and protect patient comfort. The assignment combines clinical accuracy, protocol compliance, and dependable travel across local or state-line routes.

• Explain imaging procedures and obtain informed participant cooperation
• Conduct cardiac and vascular studies in patient homes
• Follow sponsor and protocol-specific imaging guidelines
• Maintain image quality consistent with ASE Standards
• Record measurements, comments, and accurate image labeling

• Dual cardiac and vascular imaging registration through ARDMS or CCI
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently in non-traditional settings
• Adaptability, time management, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel regionally with reliable transportation
