PT - Physical Therapist

ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation in Viroqua, Wisconsin.

Viroqua, WI

This is a 13-week contract position.

During clinic hours from 6:30 am to 5:15 pm, depending on need. The role requires weekend rotation and holiday coverage.

The Physical Therapist at Vernon Health provides comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients in both a rural health clinic setting and an inpatient setting. This role involves performing skilled evaluations, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient recovery and functional independence. The Physical Therapist ensures high-quality, evidence-based care while educating patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment use, and home-based programs.

• Perform skilled evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and equipment use.
• Provide guidance on home-based programs to promote functional independence.
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care in all interactions.

• Current Wisconsin-licensed Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin.
• Must possess current BLS certification.
