Job Title: PT
Location: Viroqua, Wisconsin
Schedule: 7:00AM - 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate
: $72 - $77/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Viroqua, Wisconsin. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:- Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients within a rural health clinic setting and an inpatient setting
- Perform skilled evaluations to assess patient needs and functional abilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient recovery and functional independence
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in all patient interactions
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment use, and home-based programs
- Maintain current Wisconsin Physical Therapist licensure
- Maintain current BLS certification
- Work clinic hours between 6:30 am and 5:15 pm, depending on need
- Weekly pay every Friday
