North Bay Home Health in the Tampa area is looking for compassionate Respiratory Therapists (RRT/CRT) to join our night shift team. Work from 6PM to 6AM with rotating weekends, full-time or part-time options, and a sign-on bonus after 90 days of satisfactory performance.
You will perform home-based respiratory assessments, manage ventilators and respiratory equipment, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure safe, high-quality care in patients' homes.
