Leaders In Care also offer an exclusive loyalty bonus that comes with your hourly rate. It's a great way to show appreciation for your hard work and dedication, and it's always nice to feel valued.

You'll also be a part of an inclusive and supportive team. The people you work with can make a huge difference in your overall job satisfaction, and this team is known for being supportive and helpful. It's always great to work in an environment where you feel like you're part of a team and not just a lone wolf.

As expected, you'll be conducting assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring that appropriate services and resources are in place for the individual's needs. The role requires expertise in mental health legislation and knowledge of the social care system. Additionally, the AMHP social worker will work closely with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure that the individual receives the best possible care and support.
