Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Coder with strong Outpatient and Emergency Department (ED) coding experience for a 8-week contract. The role is 100% remote, 35 hours per week, with one weekend day requirement. Pay rate is $35/hr on W2.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in outpatient coding including ED coding and acute care coding. Qualifications include experience with ICD-10, ICD-9-CM, CPT-4, 3M and HDS coding systems, and relevant AHIMA/RHIA/RHIT certifications.
