Mandarin-speaking Personal Support Workers provide personal care and companionship for clients near Goreway Drive and Morning Star Drive in Mississauga. Ongoing home support helps seniors remain at home.
The Care Company seeks Personal Support Workers for community-based assignments in Mississauga. You will follow care plans, support activities of daily living, prepare requested cuisines, and complete documentation. The work also includes housekeeping, mobility assistance, and safe equipment use.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care according to client care plans
- Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and linen changes
- Prepare meals according to client or family requests
- Support transfers, ambulation, exercises, and daily activities
- Complete records accurately and report care concerns
- Mandarin language ability and effective English communication
- Recognized Personal Support Worker certification or eligible medical education
- Valid CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS 2015 certifications
- Recent TB test and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Ability to work safely and independently in homes
Support Mississauga seniors with Mandarin communication, personal care, daily living assistance, and dependable home-based service.
