Aviary is seeking a Patient Enrollment Specialist for our Pulmonary Rehab program. This fully remote contract role focuses on enrolling patients by phone, sharing program information, and scheduling sessions with our care team.
You will help patients navigate the program app/website and resolve basic questions, while meeting weekly productivity targets. As a 1099 contractor in the United States, you will earn $20-$22 per hour with a performance-based bonus opportunity.
