Ascend Healthcare is seeking a bilingual Licensed Therapist or Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide telemedicine-based counseling remotely to patients served by our Community Health Center partners. The clinician must hold an active license in their state of residence and be willing to obtain licenses as required in Arizona or Oregon.
English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is required. This remote position supports a “say yes” approach to meet patients where they are, with clinical supervision
