Affect is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a fully remote Illinois-based telehealth role focused on addiction and mental health care. You will assess, treat, and manage conditions in a collaborative care model with counselors, therapists, and case managers.
You’ll provide evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders, including Suboxone prescribing, while leveraging Healthie for documentation.
