Registered Dietitian – Remote Telehealth; PA)

Here for Health is a virtual nutrition counseling and corporate wellness practice founded by two Registered Dietitians. Our collaborative team of six provides insurance-covered telehealth Medical Nutrition Therapy to clients in Pennsylvania and leads wellness programs for employers. Our care is whole-person, evidence-based, and all-foods-fit.

We’re hiring a remote Registered Dietitian in Pennsylvania for a part-time to full-time, 1099 contract role.

• $40-$60/hour, with a guaranteed rate for all kept sessions
• Start at 8 hours/week and grow toward full-time on your timeline
• Monthly bonus of up to $500 once you average 15+ kept sessions/week
• Flexible, non-exclusive scheduling, so you can keep your own practice or other contracts
• EMR and billing training provided
• A library of evidence-based, branded client resources
• Case consultations with clinical leads, plus a peer support program coming soon
• Variety beyond counseling: webinars, cooking demos, habit challenges, and peer support groups for corporate clients

• Provide 60-minute virtual MNT sessions via Zoom
• Build and maintain a consistent caseload
• Complete same-day ADIME charting and CMS-1500 claims in our EMR
• Track client outcomes in the EMR
• Reply to clients within 48 hours and to the team within 2 business days
• Lead corporate wellness programs

• RD/RDN with active CDR registration
• Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LDN
• In network with Cigna, Independence Blue Cross (IBX), and Aetna at minimum; additional carriers preferred
• Active professional liability insurance, with a certificate of insurance renewed annually
• Your own computer, high-speed internet, and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Preferred: 1-2 years of counseling experience, ideally in telehealth or private practice
