Affect is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead virtual care for substance use and mental health in a fully remote setting. You will collaborate with counselors, therapists, and case managers to deliver evidence-based treatment via telehealth and our Healthie EHR.
Applicants must hold an active Oregon license, DEA registration, and experience with Suboxone; prior addiction or mental health work is preferred. This role may require occasional Portland-area meetings.
