** This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.
**** ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Assist Inputting and receiving of orders for Chalet, Altitude, Staff Camp, GVL & Starbucks
* Assist the Food & Beverage Coordinator with Inventory preparedness for CIF Food & Beverage and Starbucks
* Run RTP reports daily for buffet numbers, double check with dispatch numbers are accurate and hand deliver to Executive Chef, FB Manager and Outlets Manager
* Provide administrative support as required
* Have a thorough understanding of Monthly inventory documents as well as assisting in inventory count, including invoice coding, inventory input and inventory reconciliation with the Food & Beverage Coordinator
* Other duties as assigned
** REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
*** Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
* 3+ years of Food & Beverage experience
* Extensive computer knowledge
* Understanding of inventory procedures and systems
* Micros/Optimum knowledge
* Cash handling experience
* Proven ability to handle training and hiring

* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time

The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
