Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Area Sales Manager - West New Remote (Denver, CO preferred)

Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. Kasa has built a hospitality operating system that fundamentally improves the profitability of hospitality assets while delivering a high‑quality, digitally forward experience to guests. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique hospitality properties to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations to business and leisure travelers alike. We took the best that hotels and short‑term rentals had to offer and created a new class of hospitality that is well‑priced, reliable, and offers a large selection of great locations.

Unlike traditional hotel operators, we prioritize automation, AI‑driven pricing, and data‑driven decision‑making to optimize revenue and improve guest experiences.

The Role

Kasa offers flexible accommodations for guests in dozens of markets nationwide. We partner with multifamily and hospitality property owners to offer various unit types in our portfolio, including short‑term rental apartments and traditional hotel rooms across price and luxury tiers. The Area Sales Manager will report to the Associate Director of Sales and work closely with the Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams.

This individual will be laser‑focused on prospecting group and preferred corporate leads.

Like any role at a fast‑paced start‑up, there is no ‘typical day’, but you will be responsible for the execution of a sales strategy for Kasa’s portfolio in a defined area, targeting all market segments, including leisure travel, corporate preferred, groups, and others. An exciting part of this is being instrumental in changing the way corporate and group travelers view the flexible accommodations space.

If you are looking to be instrumental in changing the way leisure, corporate and group travelers view the flexible accommodations space - this is the role for you!

Unleash your career potential at Kasa

We’re building a tech‑enabled global hospitality brand that unleashes the potential of liveable space. Hospitality is at the core of who we are, and we are committed to providing our teams the same care we give our guests, neighbors, and partners.

  • Embrace Ambiguity: Experience in a “building the plane while flying it” environment and proven ability to adjust and flex to business demands; open to providing feedback to contribute to problem resolutions; updates to processes
  • Lead Investigator: Promptly assesses every inbound lead to create opportunities to expand Kasa’s partnerships, profit, and portfolio experience
  • Detail‑Oriented: Ability to magnify the big picture while meticulously organizing inbound leads and executing tasks; mindful of contract, organization, and prioritization details
  • Culture Cultivator: Genuine passion for being part of a world‑class team; not only succeeding individually, but positively influencing teammates to engage, grow, and exceed expectations
  • Fearless Negotiator: Confidently negotiates and navigates conversations with internal and external stakeholders; resulting in closed deals across accounts that vary in size, scope, and industry
  • Relationship‑Centric: Relationship building is in your DNA and rooted in every interaction; consistently providing peers, manager, and clients clear communication, diligence, and trustworthiness
