Catering Manager – Frisco, TX
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually

Job Summary: The Catering Manager will manage the Catering Department, including training new associates, overseeing event set‑ups, and directing temporary personnel. You will ensure proper service to clients during events—proper set‑up, cleaning, and breakdown.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise all catering events.
- Involved in catering events operations: logistics, quality improvement, sanitation, and facility‑related activities.
- Work with the Chef to create menus.
- Train catering associates in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer service.
- Track and monitor labor and food cost for each event.
- Communicate at various levels—management, client, customer, associate—and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Assist in responsibility for all food service‑related activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of food service experience including 1 year at the management level.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
- Required catering experience.
- Some knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
- Financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet).
