Target Hospitality is seeking a Chef I to prepare and serve meals in a high-volume lodge kitchen. You will help produce the daily menu while upholding HACCP and food safety standards, and you will work a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation or as directed by management.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year culinary experience, strong English communication, and a Serv Safe certification. Travel and background checks may be required, and housing is provided on rotation.
