We are looking for organized, service-focused individuals interested in assisting clients with hotel reservations, accommodation research, and vacation booking needs. This role involves helping travelers compare lodging options, coordinate reservation details, and stay organized throughout the planning process.
This remote opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys researching hotels and destinations, communicating with people, and paying attention to the details that help create a smooth travel experience. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are provided.
Requirements- Research hotels, resorts, and accommodations based on client needs and preferences
- Compare room categories, property amenities, locations, and available options
- Assist clients with hotel and resort reservation requests
- Coordinate booking details and organize reservation confirmations
- Research destination information and nearby activities when requested
- Help clients understand important reservation details and travel deadlines
- Communicate booking updates and changes in a professional manner
- Assist with modifications to existing reservations when needed
- Maintain accurate client and booking information
- Utilize online booking platforms and travel supplier resources
- Provide support throughout the hotel research and reservation process
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable researching information and comparing options online
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently

Previous hotel reservation or travel industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are available to help you learn booking procedures, reservation platforms, hotel and destination research, and client service fundamentals.
