Door Attendant

Responsible for greeting and opening doors for guest upon their arrival and departure from the Inn At the Inn at Sentry World, we focus on the guest experience. As the Door Attendant, you’ll be the first person our guests meet. With a welcoming demeanor, you’ll welcome and escort our guests and help transport their luggage to and from their accommodations.

What You'll DoGreet and open doors for guests upon their arrival to The Inn nsport guest’s luggage to and from their vehicles, rooms, and bell attendant station upon arrival/departure.

Promote Sentry World amenities to help ensure a positive guest experience.

Maintains working knowledge of Sentry Services facilities and hours of operation, as well as local information to respond to guest questions

What it Takes Age requirement of 18+ required

High school diploma or equivalent work experience

Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Strong communication skills

Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail

Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
