Reputation Management Coordinator; Fully Remote

• Support guest review management and reputation tracking across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate resolution of guest concerns and ensure follow-through with internal teams.
• Manage the full unit termination and offboarding process from start to finish.

• Respond to guest reviews in line with brand voice and service standards.
• Track open concerns and elevate issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates for departing units.

• Minimum 2 years in a guest or customer-facing support role, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital systems and communicating clearly across teams.
• Fully remote position with a Monday-Friday schedule.
• Flexibility may be required for weekends and holidays.
• Reliable internet connection and transportation are required.
