Wedding and Events Coordinator

From weddings to private events, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. We’re currently seeking a Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team. If you love planning parties, have a knack for organization, and enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish, this could be the perfect role for you!

This position offers competitive pay based on experience and flexible scheduling. While the role is primarily on-site at our beautiful resort, occasional remote work may be possible.

As the Wedding and Events Coordinator, you’ll be the primary on-site contact for weddings and events at Holiday Acres Resort. You’ll guide couples and clients through every step of the planning process, ensuring their vision comes to life. From replying to inquiries to coordinating with our Chef, Bar/Restaurant Manager, and Front Desk Management, you’ll play a key role in crafting seamless and memorable experiences.

You’ll also create and manage event sheets, keeping everyone on the same page for each special occasion.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in event and wedding coordination and/or a background in the hospitality and service industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A friendly, enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
