• Provide travel recommendations, destination information, and helpful planning tips
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process and assist with their travel needs
• Stay current with travel industry news, supplier offerings, and destination information

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting
• Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn new booking tools and platforms
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is welcome but not required
