Compensation : $15 – $40 per hour
Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates
About the project
Fixpoint is hiring Front Desk Associates and Guest Services Agents for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Front Desk Associate or Guest Services Agent .
You’re a good fit if you’ve worked at the front desk:
- in a hotel
- in a resort
- in a motel
- in a hospitality setting
or have similar experience.
Must-have qualifications
- Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Accommodation and Food Services.
- U.S. residency
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with hotel management software
Compensation & logistics
- Hourly pay: $15 – $40, commensurate with experience and project fit.
- Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates
- Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours.
- You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
- Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
