• Manage the full hiring pipeline, from posting roles and auditing internal integrations to conducting final interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Lead engaging onboarding sessions and maintain our LSCRE Academy learning platform to ensure top-tier training delivery.
• Partner with leadership to track development milestones and align career pathways across departments.
• Support culture initiatives and engagement programs that make our workplace feel connected and vibrant.
• Handle employee transitions (onboarding, transfers, and exits) with empathy, confidentiality, and precision.
• Maintain HR system accuracy and ensure every process reflects consistency, clarity, and care.

• HR or recruiting experience is helpful, but strong communication, organization, and people skills are most important.
