Position: Senior 360 Recruiter [Remote]

We're an established programmatic job advertising agency expanding into traditional direct recruitment services. We're looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruiter to join us as a founding member of our new recruitment division. This is a full‑cycle recruitment role where you'll own the entire process from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, placement, and relationship management.

As one of our first direct recruitment hires, you'll have the unique opportunity to build this division from the ground up, leveraging our existing client base and industry relationships while shaping the culture, processes, and growth strategy. High performers can expect to move into a management/leadership role within the first year as we scale the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Management
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers
  • Conduct client consultations to understand hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements
  • Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts with clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and placement targets
Full‑Cycle Recruitment
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels (job boards, Linked In, referrals, direct sourcing)
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles and recommendations
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate communication between candidates and clients
Candidate Management
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines
  • Provide career guidance and interview coaching to candidates
  • Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain regular communication with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to clients
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven 360 recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple channels and platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools (Linked In Recruiter, job boards, CRM platforms)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Results‑driven with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in tech, finance, healthcare, or related industries
  • Established network of clients and candidates
  • Experience with remote/distributed team recruitment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
