Position: Contract Talent Partner

Contract Talent Partner – Clinical Research
Remote (U.S.) | 6–12 month contract | East Coast preference

We are representing a rapidly expanding clinical research organisation that is seeking an experienced Contract Talent Partner to support its continued growth. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast to align with team operations.

The Opportunity

As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in scaling teams across clinical, operational, and corporate functions. You’ll act as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment from role scoping through to offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles in clinical operations, site management, and support functions.

  • Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.

  • Provide market insights, hiring metrics, and recommendations to leadership.

About You
  • Proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter, ideally within life sciences, biotech, or clinical research.

  • Strong track record of filling roles across multiple functions and levels.

  • Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to attract both active and passive candidates.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting; preference for East Coast time zone alignment.

Why This Assignment?
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-growing clinical research organisation.

  • Flexibility of a remote contract role.

  • Collaborative culture with supportive leadership.

  • Competitive hourly/daily rate commensurate with experience.
