We are looking for passionate Talent Acquisition Agents to work from home as Remote Recruiters. Experience is a must in order to be considered for this position.

• 100% Commission
• Flexible Schedule
• Yearly Compensation: $72,000 - $331,200

• Work from home
• Independent contractor
• Uncapped earning potential (commission only)

The Recruiter will source, identify and contact potential candidates to fill open job roles handled by the agency, and research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to increase income with an amazing team in a friendly working environment while working from home.

• 2 Years of experience in a sales role selling products or services
• Experience and comfort with making cold calls, sending emails and scheduling interviews
• Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Ability to take and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Have leadership ambitions

This position is 100% commission, the recruiter consultant will be paid based on the amount of placements per month.
