Oliver James New York has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate/Managing Consultant level full desk recruiter available! Our ideal candidate is someone with a full-desk 360 recruitment background and looking to take their career to the next level.

About You

• 3+ years' experience in professional services recruiting
• Must have new business development experience and a strong track record in establishing new contracts with clients and revenue/billing
• Must have a strong work ethic and self-motivation (especially given this is a remote position to start)
• Ideal experience would be within contract / temp recruiting but non essential
• Must be commercially minded and have the ability to spot business opportunities
