We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who passionately builds and inspires a tactical HR team. The HR Manager stays calm and focused during challenging times, remains adaptable, and manages self-biases. They will collaborate with senior leaders to design a new operating model while navigating ambiguity, embracing a philosophy of reasonable business risks, and fostering a culture of innovation and resilience.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 2 days a week at our Home Office in Gilbert, AZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Develop, mentor, and empower the HR Generalist, HRBP, and HR BPO team members to build a high-performing, aligned team.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a strategic partner to leadership while handling elevated HR matters and addressing employee grievances, demands, and conflicts.
  • HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Culture Building: Cultivate and maintain a positive and effective team culture that aligns with the company’s vision and values.
  • Special Projects: Lead and manage strategic projects assigned by senior leadership, ensuring delivery aligns with organizational priorities

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration in a related field, or a combination of related experience and education.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with proven experience in Multiple States with conflict resolution, strategic planning, and team leadership.
  • Characteristics: Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, resolve complex issues, and foster a collaborative, innovative work environment.
