Seeking college graduates with strong written and verbal communication skills to take part in a training program to become recruiters in the staffing industry. ESC Recruiters sell jobs, companies, and compensation and benefit packages to active and passive job seekers. This is a hybrid role that REQUIRES TRAINING AND ONSITE WORK IN BROOKFIELD, WI.
Base Pay Range: $50,000–$75,000 per year
- Compensation is $50K salary plus commission – anticipated “all‑in” earnings +/- $75K in year 1
- Strong 401K and profit‑sharing plan
- 3 weeks PTO to start
Success in this training program requires a strong people focus, a sales mentality, and very high‑end communication skills, both oral and written.
- Recruit and source potential candidates from an internal database of 500,000+ candidates, job boards, and social media.
- Navigate Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Career Builder hiring platforms.
- Guide candidates through the full life cycle of the staffing process: screening, submitting, interviewing, and offering contract and full‑time positions.
- Enter and maintain client and candidate information in ESC’s ESCAPE applicant tracking system.
- Meet with candidates to complete new‑hire paperwork and deliver employment packages.
- Hand out ESC swag to potential employees.
- Maintain contract employees to ensure retention and satisfaction in working for ESC.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills with a sales flair.
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to work a 40‑hour week during normal daytime Monday‑Friday business hours, with on‑site work in Brookfield, WI.
