Your Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition:
Design and run a full-cycle hiring engine (sourcing → onboarding) for engineering, product, compliance, and growth teams. Build an employer brand that attracts top Web3 + Fin Tech talent. - Culture & Engagement:
Shape CRYLO’s remote-first culture around trust, performance, and continuous learning. Roll out engagement surveys, recognition programs, and virtual/off-site events. - Compensation &
Incentives:
Develop competitive salary bands, token-based incentive plans, and future ESOP/phantom-share structures. Benchmark against Swiss, EU, and global crypto markets. - Compliance & Policies:
Draft and maintain all HR policies (Data Protection, DEI, Code of Conduct). Ensure employment contracts align with Swiss labor law, MiCA/FINMA/SEC requirements, and remote-work regulations. - People Operations:
Implement HRIS, payroll, benefits, and performance-review systems that scale from 10 to 100+ employees. - Leadership
Coaching:
Partner with the CEO, CTO, and founding team on org design, feedback loops, and leadership development.
- 10+ years in HR, including 3+ years building or leading HR in a high-growth startup or Fin Tech/crypto firm.
- Proven track record hiring senior engineering, compliance, and go-to-market roles globally.
- Deep knowledge of Swiss/EU labor law; familiarity with remote-first employment regulations worldwide.
- Experience designing equity or token incentive plans and rolling them out compliantly.
- Skilled in HRIS & ATS tools (e.g., Personio, Rippling, Lever) and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic communicator—able to craft employer-brand messaging across Linked In, X (Twitter), and community channels.
- Fluent in English;
German or French is a plus. - Passion for blockchain/Web3 and the future of digital finance.
