Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our home office team in Gilbert, AZ. This role will be hybrid with 2 days in office. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR Manager, HR Generalists, Recruiters and leadership to support HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with limited HR experience to gain hands‑on knowledge of HR and Recruiting practices.

- Partner with the HR Manager to implement HR processes and initiatives across the company.
- Support execution of the company’s strategy, including retention, and succession planning.
- Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations and provide guidance to employees and managers regarding policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Manage the dispersal of HR and Benefits tickets to members of the People Ops team.
- Support the annual benefits open enrollment process and assist with benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and process HRIS updates in compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Assist with HR reporting, quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and HR training as needed.
- Support insurance programs, including Workers’ Compensation, and ensure compliance with state and local requirements.
- Complete special projects assigned by HR leadership.
- 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent combination of secondary school and experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem‑solve, and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced problem‑solving skills and independent decision‑making.
- Positive, “can‑do” attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Natural curiosity and willingness to ask questions and think creatively.
- Competitive hourly rate $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE).
- Paid Time Off:
Sick/Safe time accrual (1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 80 hours per year), paid vacation, and 10 company‑paid holidays. - Health & Wellness Benefits:

- Primarily office‑based with regular computer and phone use.
