• Hunt for Talent:
  Dive into diverse sourcing channels, including cutting‑edge methods like social media (hello, Linked In!), to uncover the best candidates swiftly.
• Market Mapping:
  Master the art of market research to provide invaluable insights that guide our recruitment strategy and decision‑making.
• Be in the Know:
  Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, keeping us informed and prepared with the latest market developments.
• Collaborate and Innovate:
  Thrive in a dynamic environment by actively contributing to multiple projects and initiatives within our Talent Acquisition team.
• Team Player:

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in in‑house recruitment, adept at swiftly building candidate pools against diverse requirements.
• Proficient in leveraging platforms like Linked In to identify and engage top talent.
• Embrace new sourcing techniques and approaches to keep us ahead of the game.
• Dedicated to meeting deadlines and delivering results without compromising quality.
• Committed to continual learning and self‑improvement, both technically and functionally.
• Eager to take on new responsibilities and challenges to elevate our team’s performance.
• Flexible working environment: hybrid model with 2 days working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town Office.
