Position Summary
HR1
Systems is a boutique HR technology and payroll consulting firm helping organizations optimize their HRIS, payroll, and HCM systems with expertise, precision, and Total Luxury Care (TLC). We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 3–5 years of experience to build and manage our growing digital presence. This individual will create engaging content, manage campaigns, and help position HR1
Systems as a trusted thought leader in HR technology, payroll compliance, and AI‑driven HR solutions.
- Manage HR1
Systems’ presence across Linked In, You Tube, X (Twitter), Instagram, and emerging platforms. - Develop and execute creative content that highlights HR1
Systems’ services, client success stories, event participation, and thought leadership. - Support HR1
Systems’ marketing initiatives by aligning social campaigns with webinars, speaking engagements, and product/service launches. - Manage and be to producer of our podcast called "When Worlds Unite: HR and AI".
- Engage with HR professionals, clients, and partners to foster community and brand advocacy.
- Monitor trends in HR technology and payroll to keep content timely and relevant.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content for stronger engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure content reflects HR1
Systems’ values of innovation, inclusivity, and service excellence. - Support and collaborate with our Events Planning Manager for all our conference and social events and sponsorship partners and programs.

- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing social media in a professional setting (B2B, HR tech, SaaS, or consulting preferred).
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to communicate complex HR/payroll/technology topics in a clear and engaging way.
- Proficiency with analytics and social media management tools.
- Strong eye for branding, tone, and professional consistency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
- Experience with Linked In thought leadership campaigns and B2B social strategy.
- Familiarity with SEO and optimizing content for digital visibility.
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns.
- Interest in AI tools for content creation and analytics.
