Position Overview
We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the Eugene/Springfield region. This role focuses on employee relations, but also supports recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and administrative functions. The HR Business Partner will work closely with Managers and senior leadership to analyze business needs, implement change on the front line, and serve as a key liaison for the Eugene/Springfield market.
This position is hybrid;
You’ll have flexibility to work from home when appropriate, but will also travel daily between restaurants in Eugene, Springfield, and Junction City to provide on-site support. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to restaurant managers, offering guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify operational needs and help implement people-focused solutions in the field.
- Support recruiting and onboarding efforts for key hourly and management roles.
- Assist with compliance tracking, personnel file audits, and reporting as needed.
- Deliver training and coaching to managers on HR best practices, documentation, and communication.
- Partner with leadership to maintain a positive culture and ensure alignment across all locations.
- Participate in HR and management meetings to align on initiatives and upcoming priorities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a HRBP role with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations.
- Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling between multiple restaurant locations daily.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and nights when needed.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growing company with evolving systems and priorities.

- Enjoys problem-solving and working through challenges collaboratively with others.
