Responsibilities
  • As a sparring partner for our managers, you independently drive the entire selection process in tech recruiting.
  • You advise on optimal recruiting strategies and develop selection tools for the respective positions.
  • An important part of your daily business will be active sourcing and the optimal use of sourcing channels.
  • You accompany candidates throughout the application process up to the contract creation and always ensure a positive experience.
  • Together with the local team and the global HR colleagues, you develop and implement employer branding activities.
  • Furthermore, you create reports and participate in HR projects according to the local needs.
Qualifications
  • Qualification:

    You have successfully completed your university studies in humanities, psychology or a related field.
  • Experience:

    You bring a minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in IT‑recruiting in an international environment with an End‑to‑End approach to talent acquisition.
  • Know‑how and skills:
    You are good at active sourcing and utilizing social media for both recruiting and employer branding purposes and have a keen interest in keeping up with the latest trends.
  • Nice to have:
    Experience in cooperation with ambassador programs and universities; experience with SAP Success Factors.
  • Personality:
    With your positive attitude and trustworthy personality, you can build strong stakeholder relationships. You are very well organized, have high standards for the quality of your work and communicate proactively and clearly.
  • Language skills:
    You speak English and Polish fluently.
