• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a global business environment
• Experience recruiting within a technology environment for niche roles in Product, Business Intelligence, and Engineering
• Proven skills in identifying and converting passive candidates through active sourcing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative spirit
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience recruiting globally for contractors and full-time employees
• A continuous learner with a natural curiosity about AI and technology-driven tools
