• Shape People Strategy: define business unit priorities and annual hiring plans that drive growth and success.

• Innovate & Improve: lead continuous improvement projects and corporate HR initiatives that enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
• Partner Across Teams: work closely with Centers of Excellence and remote offices to ensure seamless execution of talent priorities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a broad‑based human resources function with advanced knowledge of human resource discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of advanced HR and OD concepts.
• Experience handling employee relations issues.
• Construction industry experience a plus.

Columbia, MD Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000. The range stated is specific to Columbia, Maryland. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
