• Source, interview, and fill contract positions for healthcare professionals
• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow and retain the clinician network
• Utilize the employer's proprietary applicant tracking system for candidate management
• Consult with clinicians to understand their career aspirations and qualifications
• Negotiate compensation packages and present candidates to Account Managers for client openings

• Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
• Previous sales or recruiting experience
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and maintain a home office environment

• Experience in the healthcare industry or with travel assignments
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
• Proven track record in meeting sales or recruitment targets
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates
