Position OverviewWe’re hiring Travel Healthcare Recruiters with the skill and grit to specialize in either:
Travel Therapy Recruiting and Travel Nursing Recruiting.
Travel Therapy Recruiting:
You’ll recruit Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech‑Language Pathologists and their assistants (PTA/COTA), for nationwide travel assignments. This niche requires consultative selling, relationship‑building, and long‑term pipeline management with highly specialized clinicians.
Travel Nursing Recruiting:
You’ll recruit Home Health and Pediatric Registered Nurses and other nursing professionals for high‑demand travel contracts across the U.S. This niche moves fast and requires strong persuasion, rapid response time, and the hustle to match urgent client needs with top nursing talent.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, selling, screening, negotiating, and supporting travelers.
- Work in a high‑activity, performance‑driven environment where resilience and sales skills are key.
- Build trusted relationships and manage a steady pipeline of travel clinicians.
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs focused on calls, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Succeed independently in a fully remote, highly disciplined work environment.
This is a role for recruiters who want to earn big, grow fast, and build a strong book of business.
Responsibilities- Source and recruit therapy and/or nursing professionals through proactive outreach, job boards, social media, referrals, and cold sourcing.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines in your specialty area.
- Sell job opportunities and guide candidates through the entire hiring process.
- Manage offers, contract negotiations, and onboarding.
- Exceed weekly activity, submission, and placement targets.
- Support travelers throughout their assignments to ensure success and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fill high‑priority client needs quickly and effectively.
- 3+ years of successful, quota‑driven healthcare recruiting experience
- 1+ year working fully remote with proven self‑management and discipline
- Prior experience in healthcare staffing, especially therapy or nursing, is a major plus
- Strong sales drive with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, organized, and resilient. Grit is a must for this role
- Experience with ATS platforms and a comfort level working with KPIs
