• Full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles across various levels, including manager positions
• Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels
• Build and maintain evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs
• Utilize tailored sourcing strategies and provide an outstanding candidate experience
• Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals

• Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, especially for R&D roles
• Strong ability to manage 10–15 roles per quarter while maintaining quality
• Proficiency with ATS systems like Lever and sourcing platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
• Availability for occasional travel for meetings and company events

• Experience in filling roles for niche technical skillsets within engineering
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to report on recruiting metrics
• Continuous improvement mindset, testing and refining recruiting strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows
• Self-directed with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
