Senior Cycle Recruiter; GTM + Technical - Saas

• Full‑cycle recruiting for engineers across various levels, including proficiency to senior to manager level
• Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels
• Continuously build evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs
• Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals (~20 hires per quarter)
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the employer's mission, culture, and opportunities

• Proven in‑house recruiting experience in SaaS, specifically for R&D roles
• Ability to manage 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed
• Strong experience with Lever (or comparable ATS) and sourcing platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner with executives and hiring managers
• Availability for occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and company events (~1x per quarter)

• Deep expertise in filling R&D roles across all levels, including niche technical skillsets
• Self‑directed with a strong hustle and drive to thrive in ambiguity
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to report and act on key recruiting metrics
• Continuous improvement mindset, always testing and refining recruiting strategies
• Proven ability to use AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows and enhance candidate experience
