Senior HRIS Analyst (Benefits & Absence) - Remote

What will you be doingThe Senior HRIS Analyst partners with HR management, HR functional areas SME’s, and customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and demonstrate technology ROI. Builds project plans, aligns to schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and sets technology priorities. Serves as a technical point‑of‑contact, ensures data integrity, tests system changes, writes reports, and analyzes data flows for process improvement.
Also supports HRMS upgrades, releases, patches, and technical projects.
- Manage projects/process improvements using change management, support HR and business objectives, collaborate with EIS, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
- Act as work‑stream or systems lead on projects, feature releases and issue resolution, collaborating with users, vendors, and support teams to define scope and implementation.
- Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and user support for Lawson/Oracle HRMS, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Provide production support via Service Now and internal team mailbox, troubleshooting user issues and performing scheduled activities.
- Lead design, documentation, and training for new processes and functionality, supporting change management efforts.
- Mentor team members for HRMS expertise and oversee overall HRMS security and audits.
- Manage day‑to‑day HRIS team operations, delivering responsive customer service and collaboration across HRIS, EIS, HR and Payroll.
- Facilitate standard report development and maintain data integrity by running audits and analyzing information.
- Maintain awareness of HRMS trends, product development, and best practices, continually enhancing HR and HRIS knowledge.

Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas.
- Six (6) plus years of experience in human resources, payroll, HR and Payroll Systems Management, and business process management.
- Experience in relational databases, technology trends, and tools supporting HR/Payroll business process management.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency with HRMS components and application modules, including client/server and web components.
- Proficient in report writing using Crystal, Business Objects, BI, OBIEE, Web Intelligence, SQL, Tableau, Excel, Access, VB, and related Microsoft applications.
- Time Tracking System Management, UKG experience—highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP, HRIP, or SHRM‑CP certifications preferred.
