Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, and professional networks).

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for internal roles and partner organizations.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth experience for all applicants.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and draft compelling job descriptions.

Maintain the applicant database and generate weekly recruitment reports.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.

Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
